The book gives some basic insight into several cultural and sociological demographics that make up American society and effectively helps the reader incorporate the similarities and differences into a marketing communications plan.
I give the author credit for this book because he is one of the few authors that incorporate LGBT Americans as one of the cultural groups for marketing consideration.
