I am, Reverend Starlene Joyner Burns, a registered officiant, nondenominational minister, and marriage equality supporter. Recently I have been rallying, testifying, and standing with Maryland state governor and other clergy in support of the Civil Marriage Protection Act (same sex marriages bill) for all families. In 2004, I was inspired to serve those of all faiths and all cultures. So I founded The Chapel of Love Ceremonies, then SJB Ministries LLC in 2006. My experience has shown me that many couples today, seek a celebrant who respects their beliefs, relationships, and values. And my training has taught me to embrace cultural and spiritual diversity openly, lovingly, and unconditionally. I am a licensed minister and graduate of the National Spiritual Science Center (School of Theology) in Washington DC. The Spiritual Science Mother Church was founded in New York City in 1923. I received further training in the administration of the holy sacraments, under the direction of a well known master administrator of the rites of passage. Moreover; I am compassionate, ethical, and professional. And I will work hard with you to ensure that your wedding is memorable.
