Rainbow Party Décor on a Budget

We recently hosted a birthday party for my daughter.  We, as lesbian parents with a lesbian daughter, are big fans of the rainbow... but that was not the reason for a rainbow themed party.  It was simply because we love COLOR!  Lots of color!

Using Pinterest, we found plenty of ideas for food and décor that would support our rainbow theme, and our budget.
